SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on your agent's contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from a Total Agent subscriber powered by Total Agent™ for real estate services. These messages are drafted and may be sent by AGENTA, Total Agent's automated artificial intelligence system, on behalf of your subscribing real estate agent. Messages are generated and delivered using automated technology, including artificial intelligence, and may be sent without real-time human review.

Consent to receive automated text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property or receiving any real estate services. You may choose not to opt in and still work with your agent through other communication channels.

Types of messages you may receive:

Some messages are transactional — directly related to active transactions, showings, or service requests you have initiated. These include:

• Showing confirmations and appointment reminders
• Transaction status updates and deal milestone notifications
• Document signing reminders
• Feedback requests following showings or interactions

Other messages are marketing in nature — sent to keep you informed or engaged. These include:

• New listing alerts and property notifications
• Market updates and neighborhood insights
• Nurture and drip campaign communications
• Follow-up messages and promotional communications

Both transactional and marketing messages require your consent, which is obtained through the opt-in process described on this page.

Sending number: Messages will be sent from a dedicated standard 10-digit US local phone number assigned to your subscribing real estate agent.

"Hi Sarah, this is a reminder that your showing at 123 Oak Ave is confirmed for tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out."

Consent record retention: Your consent records are retained for the duration of the messaging relationship plus 5 years thereafter for TCPA compliance purposes.

Replace [Agent Name] with your full name and [AgentName] with your name in URL format (no spaces). The checkbox must be unchecked by default and require affirmative action from the consumer.
